All content published on The Edge Academy platform — including but not limited to study guides, questions and answers, explanations, chapter notes, diagrams, illustrations, layout designs, and all other educational materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of The Edge Academy and is protected under the Copyright Act 1968 (Cth) of Australia and applicable international copyright treaties, including the Berne Convention for the Protection of Literary and Artistic Works.

The compilation, arrangement, selection, and presentation of all educational content on this platform constitutes an original work of authorship. No portion of this material may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, displayed, published, or broadcast in any form or by any means — whether electronic, mechanical, photocopying, recording, or otherwise — without the prior written permission of The Edge Academy.

2Relationship with ACARA and the Australian Curriculum

The Edge Academy study guides are independently developed and are designed to be aligned with the Australian Curriculum as published by the Australian Curriculum, Assessment and Reporting Authority (ACARA). The Edge Academy is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially associated with ACARA or any Australian state or territory education department.

References to the Australian Curriculum, ACARA content descriptions, strand names, learning area titles, and curriculum codes are made solely for the purpose of identifying curriculum alignment. These references are used under the terms of ACARA's Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) licence, which permits adaptation of curriculum materials provided attribution is given.

3Permitted Uses

The following uses of The Edge Academy content are expressly permitted, provided they are for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only:

4Prohibited Uses

The following acts are strictly prohibited without prior written authorisation from The Edge Academy:

5Enforcement and Remedies

The Edge Academy actively monitors for unauthorised use of its intellectual property.
